(a) The county governing body of Geneva County is hereby authorized to supplement the salary of the district judge, from the county general fund, in an amount not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per annum. (b) The county governing body of Geneva County shall supplement the salary of the district judge, from the county general fund, in the amount of three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) per annum.
