(a) A one thousand dollar ($1,000) damage bond with sufficient sureties as approved by the judge of probate shall be posted with the Geneva County Commission before any house or building is moved on any Geneva County public road by the owner of the house or building or the house mover. (b) Any person violating this section shall upon conviction be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
