The following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The board of directors of a district established pursuant to this article. (2) COUNTY. Geneva County. (3) DISTRICT. The district created under this article for establishing and maintaining a system for fighting or preventing fires and performing recognized scopes of practice of emergency services.
