(a) The Franklin County Board of Registrars shall be available at the county courthouse, or at other locations provided by law, for the registration and reidentification of voters during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on regular business days or on any additional days on any additional hours the board of registrars deem necessary for the registration and reidentification of voters. (b) The total hours worked by each member of the board of registrars shall be certified by the Chair of the Franklin County Commission at the end of each pay period for pay purposes.
