THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-494, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. Every applicant for a license provided for in Section 40-12-82 shall, before applying for such license, have received written approval from the Etowah County Commission two weeks prior to date of such concert or other specified event to be held.
