THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-494, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. In Etowah County, any county officer or such other person who is designated to draw warrants or checks on the county treasury or depository, is also authorized to use mechanical or facsimile devices for signatures on such warrants or checks.
