(a) This section shall apply only to Crenshaw County. (b) The Crenshaw County Commission may grant an additional exemption to the mandatory solid waste collection program to individuals in households whose total income does not exceed 75 percent of the federal poverty level. (c) The Crenshaw County Commission may by resolution or ordinance adopt rules and regulations to implement subsection (b).
