Barbers’ Commission of Baldwin County Abolished

Effective March 28, 2022, the Barbers’ Commission of Baldwin County is abolished. Any person subject to Act 253 of the 1951 Regular Session (Acts 1951, p. 528), establishing the Barbers’ Commission of Baldwin County, shall instead be subject to Chapter 7B of Title 34, establishing the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, except that any license issued by the Barbers’ Commission of Baldwin County prior to March 28, 2022, shall remain valid until its expiration date.
