(a) The Judge of Probate of Conecuh County shall be compensated on a salary basis, as provided by Section 12-13-20, which shall be in lieu of all fees or allowances heretofore paid by law. (b) On April 17, 1990, all fees collected by the probate judge shall be paid directly to the county treasury as required by law, and no part of the fees shall be paid to the judge.
