Court Costs

(a) That in addition to all court costs which are presently authorized to be imposed in the Municipal Court of the Town of Grove Hill, Alabama, under Section 12-14-14, the governing body of the Town of Grove Hill is hereby authorized to impose, by enactment of an ordinance, additional court costs, not to exceed ten dollars ($10), upon each conviction in the municipal court for violation of any municipal ordinance. (b) All such additional costs, so imposed, shall be paid into the General Fund of the Town of Grove Hill and shall be used by it solely for the promotion of law enforcement within the Town of Grove Hill and its police jurisdiction.
