(a) The governing body of Choctaw County is hereby empowered to authorize payments to be made from the county general fund for salaries of clerical and secretarial employees which may be hired from time to time to staff the offices of the tax assessor and tax collector. (b) All funds necessary and incidental for the implementation of this section shall be paid out of the General Fund of Choctaw County.
