(a) The commission shall meet at the call of the chair, or by a petition signed by a majority of the members of the commission. Ten days’ notice shall be given in writing prior to the meeting date. Such notice shall describe the matters to be discussed at the meeting. (b) A simple majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at every meeting of the commission. (c) Proxy vote shall not be permitted.
