(a) All persons in this state in charge of criminal justice agencies shall submit to ALEA detailed descriptions of arrest warrants and related identifying data immediately upon determination of the fact that the warrant cannot be served for the reasons stated. (b) If the warrant is subsequently served or withdrawn, the criminal justice agency concerned must immediately notify ALEA of the service or withdrawal. (c) The agency concerned, no later than January 31 of each year and at other times if requested by the commission, shall confirm to ALEA all arrest warrants of this type which continue to be outstanding.
