Alabama Athletic Commission - Meetings

(a) The commission shall meet upon the call of the chair or upon the call of any two members. The business of the commission shall be conducted by a majority vote of the members present. A majority of the commission members shall constitute a quorum. (b) The chair, if necessary, may within 10 days of receiving an application and license fee call a meeting of the commission for the purpose of approving or rejecting an application for a license or match permit which has been submitted to the commission. The meeting shall be held within 20 days of the call of the chair at a place designated by the chair.
