Construction of Chapter; Effect of Chapter in Event Provisions Thereof Found in Conflict with Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968

(a) The provisions of this chapter are cumulative and shall not be construed to repeal or supersede any laws not inconsistent herewith. (b) Should any provision of this chapter be found to be in conflict with the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended, then, and in that event only, the Safe Streets Act shall be deemed to prevail, and to such limited extent this chapter is abridged and is subject to the provisions of the Safe Streets Act.
