(a) Every state agency shall designate one of its employees as the publications officer for the agency and notify the clearinghouse of the identity of the publications officer. (b) Each publications officer shall provide the clearinghouse with nine or more copies of each state publication of the state agency that was not printed by a state printer. Each publications officer shall compile and forward required lists of the state publications of the agency to the clearinghouse and provide other related information as may be requested.
