For purposes of this division, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (1) DIVISION. The Business Development Division of the Department of Commerce. (2) DIRECTOR. The Director of the Alabama Small Business Office of Advocacy. (3) OFFICE. The Alabama Small Business Office of Advocacy. (4) SMALL BUSINESS. A small business, as defined in Section 25-10-3.
