(a) No person shall, without written permission from the secretary, intentionally or knowingly use a UAS within 250 horizontal feet and 250 vertical feet of the perimeter of any site of the construction or improvement of state property within a Capitol area. (b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor for a first offense and is a Class B misdemeanor for a second or subsequent offense.
