REPEALED BY ACT 2023-546, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2028 UNLESS EXTENDED BY AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE. The Directors of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs, Alabama Department of Commerce, Department of Education, the Department of Workforce and the Commissioner of the Department of Revenue shall be authorized to formulate reasonable rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this article and shall cooperate with each other in the implementation of this article.
