(a) All tobacco revenues from the tobacco settlement received by the state previously designated for the Children First Trust Fund shall be deposited to the Children First Trust Fund within 30 calendar days of receipt of those tobacco revenues. (b) Allocations from the Children First Trust Fund are conditioned upon the receipt of tobacco revenues.
