(a) An eligible lending institution shall accept and review applications for linked deposit loans from eligible borrowers. The lending institution shall apply all usual lending standards to determine the credit worthiness of eligible borrowers. (b) The eligible lending institution shall forward to the Treasurer a linked deposit package, in the form and manner prescribed by the Treasurer.
