(a) Nothing contained in this chapter shall limit, restrict, or alter the provisions of Chapter 51 of Title 22, regarding regional mental health programs and facilities. (b) Nothing contained in this chapter shall limit, restrict, or alter the provisions of Chapter 50 of Title 22.
