The Secretary of State shall charge the person for whom the service is rendered the following fees: (1) For reproducing any law or other material where the copy is desired, $1.00 per page, and for the annexation of the seal of the state, $1.50. (2) For any certificate and the annexation of the seal of the state, $5.00. (3) For the preparation of each set of field notes, $1.00, and for the annexation of the seal of the state, $1.50.
