AMENDED BY ACT 2026-209, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. The Advisory Committee on Minority Affairs is created to act as a resource for the director in an advisory capacity. The committee shall be comprised of representatives from various racial and ethnic communities, female representation, state government officials, and experts in education and work force. The committee shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
