Procedures for Disciplinary Actions; Aggrieved Person May Petition Board for Hearing; Judicial Review

(a) The board shall develop procedures for investigation, prehearing, and hearing of disciplinary actions. (b) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board other than a decision in a disciplinary action may petition the board for a hearing. (c) Judicial review of the final decision of the board is available in the manner prescribed by the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act.
