Compact Qualification

(a) A licensee may only designate one license as his or her compact qualifying license at a time. The procedures for the designation may be further defined by compact commission rule. (b) Nothing in this section shall require that the state of qualifying licensure be the state of primary residence or state of primary practice for the licensee. (c) Nothing in this compact shall interfere with a licensee’s ability to hold a single state license in multiple states. (d) Nothing in this compact shall affect the requirements established by a member state for the issuance of a single state license.
