Principal Place of Business; Notice of Change; Notice of Residence Address

(a) The principal place of business referred to in this article shall be located in the State of Alabama and each licensed real estate appraiser shall advise the board of the address of his or her principal place of business and all other addresses at which he or she is currently engaged in the business of preparing real property appraisal reports. (b) Whenever a licensed real estate appraiser changes a place of business, he or she shall immediately give written notification of the change to the board. (c) Every licensed real estate appraiser shall notify the board of his or her current resident address. Residence addresses on file with the board are exempt from disclosure as public records.
