(a) Any person who practices prosthetics, orthotics, or pedorthics without first having obtained from the board a license, registration, or renewal thereof shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (b) The board may, in its own name, bring an action in circuit court for an injunction, and the court may enjoin any person from violating any provision of this chapter.
