Fees for Certain Services Provided by the Board

The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, by rule of the board, may set, charge, and collect reasonable fees for services provided by the board, including, but not limited to, the following services: (1) Applications for approval of continuing education seminars. (2) Verification of licensure status of licensees. (3) Copies of records provided by the board. (4) Other services as determined necessary by the board to reimburse the board for expenses reasonably related to the delivery of the services.
