(a) All fees collected by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the Alabama State Funeral Services Fund. (b) All fines collected by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the Alabama State Funeral Services Fund. (c) The board may use funds available from any source including, but not limited to, grants, appropriations, and gifts, for any purpose in the enforcement of this chapter.
