(a) A TNC shall adopt a policy of nondiscrimination against riders or potential riders who are protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et. seq. or the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. (b) TNC drivers shall comply with all applicable laws relating to the transportation of service animals. (c) A TNC may not impose additional charges for providing services to individuals with physical disabilities because of those disabilities.
