Information Regarding Driving Record

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the department must furnish full information regarding the driving record of any person: (a) To the driver license administrator of any other state, or province or territory of Canada, requesting that information; (b) To any employer or prospective employer upon request and payment of a fee of $5.75; and (c) To insurers upon request and payment of a fee of $5.75.
