For purposes of this division these terms shall have the following meanings: (1) DIRECTOR. The Director of Public Safety for the State of Alabama. (2) DEPARTMENT. The state Department of Public Safety. (3) BOARD. The Driver License Medical Advisory Board established under Section 32-6-41.
