The design of motor vehicle tags for disabled veterans shall be as follows: The Department of Revenue shall design, or have designed, the “Disabled Veteran” license plate in compliance with all laws and regulations. The plate design shall contain the language “Heart of Dixie.” Any additional regulations or design specifications needed to implement the provisions of this section shall be prescribed by the Commissioner of Revenue.
