THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-374, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. Any person who willfully disseminates information other than the information authorized by this article, is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as prescribed by law.
