(a) The agency may inspect a camp to verify compliance. Except in an emergency, or when responding to a specific, credible complaint alleging noncompliance or unsafe conditions, the agency shall conduct the inspection at a time agreed upon with the camp operator. (b) An inspection shall be limited to verifying required documentation, staff member training records, and the on-site availability of safety plans approved by the agency.
