(a) Any law enforcement agency of the state or any law enforcement agency of a political subdivision of the state shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (b) The Attorney General and a district attorney investigating or prosecuting any violation of this chapter shall have the power to issue subpoenas to compel the production of relevant documents and other evidence necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
