Secretary of the Senate - Cannot Retain Fees; Disclosure of Personal Income

(a) The Secretary of the Senate shall not retain any of the fees charged for the sale of copies of bills introduced in the Legislature. All such fees shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund and shall be used to cover the expenses of the Legislature. (b) The Secretary of the Senate shall disclose his or her personal income in the same manner and under the same statutes as apply to all other members of the legislative branch of government.
