AMENDED BY ACT 2026-512, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. A violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute an unlawful act. A finding by the board that the brewpub licensee is guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall effect an automatic revocation of the license.
