(a) Any retailer licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may contain facilities for the sale of beer or table wine, or both, by means of a “drive-up,” “walk-up,” or “drive-thru” window or other type of exterior access. Any employee handling beer or wine at the “drive-up,” “walk-up,” or “drive-thru” window must be 21 years of age or older. (b) Any sale made pursuant to subsection (a) shall be subject to all existing federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations for the sale of alcoholic beverages. (c) Not later than January 1, 2023, the board shall adopt rules to implement this section.
