AMENDED BY ACT 2026-130, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. (a) The coverage offered under Section 27-57-2 shall contain any exclusions, reductions, or other limitations as to coverages, deductibles, or coinsurance provisions which apply to that coverage as may be approved by the Commissioner of Insurance. (b) The benefits provided in this chapter shall be subject to the same annual deductible or coinsurance established for all other covered benefits within a given policy.
