(a) No person under 16 years of age shall engage in any of the occupations mentioned in Section 25-8-39 after 7:00 p.m. or before 5:00 a.m. of any day. (b) No person, entity, franchise, corporation, or division of a corporation shall employ, permit, or suffer a minor under 16 years of age to work at any of the occupations mentioned in Section 25-8-39 after 7:00 p.m. or before 5:00 a.m. of any day.
