For the purposes of this article the following words and phrases have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Workers’ Compensation Medical Services Board. (2) MEDICAL or MEDICAL SERVICES. Any and all medical or surgical services provided by physicians under this new article. (3) PHYSICIAN. A doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy licensed to practice medicine.
