(a) The council shall receive administrative, legal, and clerical support from the Chief of the Workforce Pathways Division of the department. (b) The department may retain the services of outside experts, using funds appropriated for use by the council, on behalf of the council. (c) Upon request of the council, state agencies and other state-funded entities shall cooperate with the council and provide any requested information and data.
