(1) PERSONAL USE. Sections 23-1-371, 23-1-372, 23-1-373, 23-1-375, 23-1-376, and 23-1-382 shall not apply to restricted landing areas on private property, designated for the use of the property owner and his or her immediate family. (2) UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. Sections 23-1-371, 23-1-372, 23-1-373, 23-1-375, 23-1-376, and 23-1-382 shall not apply to any airport, restricted landing area, or other air navigation facility owned or operated by the United States government within this state.
