For purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) HEALTHCARE SERVICES. Any services of the type for which the Medicaid Agency may reimburse a provider. (2) PARTNERSHIP HOSPITAL PROGRAM. The Medicaid managed care program for the provision of inpatient care in this state.
