(a) All contracts made between the corporation and participating dentists and all contracts with other providers of services by the dental service plan corporation must be filed with and approved by the commissioner, and any amendment or change thereto. (b) Dental service corporations must annually report to the commissioner in such detail as is reasonably required, the number and geographical distribution of dentists and other providers of services with whom it maintains contractual relations, and the nature of the relations. For an individual corporation or groups of corporations the commissioner may require more frequent reports.
