As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BLIND PERSONS. Any person defined as a blind person by Section 1-1-3. (2) VENDING STAND. Such shelters, counters, shelves, display and wall cases, refrigerator apparatus, and other auxiliary equipment that may be needed in vending such articles as may be approved by the licensing agency, as well as manual or coin operated vending machines or similar devices. (3) BUILDING and PROPERTY. Any building, land, or real property owned, leased, or occupied by the State of Alabama, its agencies, institutions, or political subdivisions.
