Certifying Boards to Promulgate Rules and Charge Reasonable Fees for Registration and Administration of Provisions Relating to Manufacture, Etc., of Controlled Substances; Disposition of Fees Collected

(a) The certifying boards shall promulgate rules and charge reasonable fees to defray expenses incurred in registration and administration of the provisions of this article in regard to the manufacture, dispensing, or distribution of controlled substances within the state. (b) The fees collected to defray expenses shall be retained by the certifying boards.
