THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-373, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. Since it is the purpose of this article to establish and provide for the maintenance of a standard two-year graduate school to be administered by the University of Alabama, and since in order to carry out that purpose the University of Alabama itself must continue to be accredited by the national and regional standardizing agencies, it is hereby expressly provided that appropriations made by or under this article, being expressly set apart exclusively for the school of social work and for no other purpose, shall not adversely affect appropriations made to the university in support of its other schools, colleges, divisions and activities.
